  • Written by former pastry chef and current baking industry mentor, Michelle Green, to help bakers "taste sweet business success." Green provides regular blog posts with free information relevant for entrepreneurs starting in the baking industry.

  • A blog written by (former) BC bakery owner John Taberner that gives advise on how to open a bakery.
